This Lutruwita/Tasmanian psych rock outfit have repeatedly sold out Tasmanian Planetariums over the past 4 years. Immersing audiences with hypnotic guitar solo’s, interstellar space rock jams, wailing theremins and synth soaked walls of sound, intertwined with sci-fi narratives, space-age poetry and cosmic visuals.

Taking inspiration from Pink Floyd, Hawkwind, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard and Tangerine Dream, Golden Sunbird creates soundscapes that explore the parallels between the unknowns of space and the depths of the human subconscious.
